Carolina Roofing Solutions Inc. was formed in May 2003 as a partnership between Pat Harty and Greg Griffin. The purpose of Carolina Roofing Solutions Inc. is to provide commercial building owners quality roofing solutions for ALL of their roofing needs.

We continue to enjoy expansion and growth as a reward to our excellent service. We now operate in North and South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida!

We understand the importance of lasting relationships with our Customers and the importance of offering the Customer exactly the services which fulfill their ever changing needs.

Our approach to commercial roofing services is better than that of conventional roofing contractors because our mission is finding solutions. We provide our clients with exterior building management. We eliminate unnecessary costs at every level of the building exterior maintenance process and work to extend the life cycle of your exterior building assets.

Professional Estimators:   Matt Stewart has been in the roof industry for 13 years and is a License Qualifier and is in charge of outside sales.

Systems Experience: Our crews have installed and performed expert repairs on all of the following roof systems: Single Ply Systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM), Asphalt Built-Up Roof Systems (Hot & Cold Applied), Modified Bitumen Roof Systems (Hot & Cold Applied), Roof Coating Products, Standing Seam Metal, Shingle and Slate Roof Systems and a wide variety of Roof Coating Products. We are approved to install the following manufacturer’s systems: Carlisle, Cooley, GAF, John’s Manville, Sarnafil, Soprema, and many other systems.

Fully Insured and Bondable: Carolina Roofing Solutions Inc. carries all insurance coverage to include: Worker’s Compensation & Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability with Contractual Liability Coverage. We also have the ability to provide bonds as required.

Roof Condition Inspections: Our trained roofing service technicians perform accurate condition assessment inspections which lead to the presentation of detailed condition reports. Our inspection reports include an executive summary, key maps, CAD drawings, overview photographs, deficiency photographs, deficiency identification including type and priority, detailed repair specifications, infrared thermograph studies, including materials and method, and recommendations. All reports provided are published in an easy-to-read format and are typically provided in several formats.

Roof Asset Management Programs: Carolina Roofing Solutions Inc.offers a wide variety of Asset Management Programs which provide our Customers with an effective and comprehensive program to service, inspect, and maintain their existing roof systems on a regular basis. These programs provide our Customers with the documentation they need to make accurate decisions concerning their roofing budgets.
